Hello, my name is Bobby Grow, welcome to my site! I am happily married, have two beautiful grown children, and I love Jesus Christ more than anything! Please feel free to interact with me, and I look forward to the iron sharpening iron process we might share in as a result of this blog!
I have a couple of degrees in Biblical studies and theology, and have been involved in some academic theological undertakings over the last twenty years. I am also co-editor/author of two academic theology books that were published in 2012 and 2017, respectively. I am happy that I had the opportunity to pursue deep study that way; the Lord has used it, and continues to, to help transform me from glory to glory. I see part of my witness to read deep theology, and then attempt to communicate it in ways that help me learn, but also in ways that might edify the broader body of Jesus Christ. I hope to challenge folks to stretch, to learn, to build their theological vocabularies, so on and so forth.
My whole hope since I have been blogging, starting in 2005, is to magnify and bear witness to the name of Jesus Christ and the triune God. I hope that comes through in all that I write here, as I offer it up as a small offering to our ineffable and Holy God.
