Hey mate, I have written SO much on the vicarious humanity I’m worn out by it at this point. Not because it isn’t central to everything (hermeneutically) for me, but because if you go at check my category for this doctrine you’ll find literally hundreds of posts on the topic (along with the whole of our second volume book).

Hi Bobby
Wanted to know if you have any thought on Francois du Toit Mirror Bible paraphrase and commentary?

@anon1:
I have never read that paraphrase, but in general I’m not a fan of that “movement,” per se. There are different entrees into TFT’s theology. My entrance is through the Reformed side of things. Francois and that whole movement seems to abstract TFT from his Reformed context and engages with his “relational” themes without understanding those through his Reformed and Scientific context. So, I’m sort of a different TFT person that way (ie I’m not a Baxter Kruger guy). π
