I just received a review copy of a book entitled: What The Hell: how did we get it so wrong? eternity, grace, and the message of love by Jackson Baer. I just came into contact with Jackson on a repost I did that featured Robin Parry’s book: “Evangelical Universalist.” Baer, has put together his book as a result of a personal study that he has done, and decided to share it with others. Here is the blurb on the back of the book:

Many Christians think that Jesus is the only way to Heaven and those who don’t believe in Him will spend eternity in a literal and burning Hell. Is this what the Bible teaches? Will the majority of mankind spend eternity in torment because they rejected God in this life? “What the Hell” will show you what the Scriptures clearly teach about this subject and where this idea of Hell came from. I should have a review of Jackson’s book up here at the blog within a month (if not sooner). My hope is that Jackson ends up, at least, with the conclusion that Robin Parry has; that there is no other way to eternal life but in and through Jesus Christ alone. In other words, I hope that Jackson turns out to be an Evangelical Universalist; we shall see, I’ll let you all know. Stay tuned.
