Hi all. I could use some special prayer on December 27th & 28th. On the 27th I go in for a CT scan to make sure that I am still “cancer-free;” on the 28th we go in and find out the results. Needless to say, I am quite anxious (as is my wife). Would you pray that the results are really good, like “cancer-free;” and that while we look forward to that, that we could just have peace about it and enjoy Christmas with the family? We really appreciate it! Merry Christmas!!!

Thank you, Steve! I actually caught a flu bug today, fun π (of the “stomach” variety); so I’m not sure if I’ll be feeling well enough by Monday to have the CT. I’ll let you all know, thanks brother π .
Oh, nooooooo! The stomach flu is terrible. My deepest empathies. When I was nine, my little league team had a pizza party after we won the city championship. I got the stomach flu that night and I associated it with pizza, and couldn’t even eat it until my mid 20’s.
I’ve had a similar experience with pastry and cranberry juice — although I think I would call that food poisoning.
